Tokai Denshi Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") acquired ISO 9001:2008 certification for the head office and factories as well as all offices and branches in January 2011.
ISO 9001:2008 is a suite of international standards that not only requires quality assurance of the products but also customer-oriented activities.
